So I fell off my Sexy Back Train, as I like to call it, but today I stepped back up and I think I did pretty well!

I walked a little more than I wanted to but I ran! I went out with a smile and a Bring It On mind set and when I got back I was like YES, I did it but OMG give me a drink and let me catch my breathe but I was still smiling! It isn’t where I was 7 months ago but I’ll be there in no time at all!
So if I can get out there and try, you can too!! It don’t matter how far you go or what you do, just get out there and exercise!! You won’t believe how good it feels and how good you’ll feel about yourself afterwards!!

Day 3 A.C.

My Thinspiration

I have so many women that I would LOVE to look like but here are two!

I have loved Emily Vancamp since the moment I saw her and she looks so beautiful and healthy.

Next is Milas Kunis and I mean look at her BaBam!! She makes me laugh and my fiancé has a small crush on her so why not her!!

They have boobs!! Yes not very large but I myself am well endowed and it always makes me feel so much bigger than I am. Both these women are able to stay fit and still keep them womanly gifts ūüėČ I am fine not being stick skinny I have always been “pudgy” so these women keep the thin without showing off that bone look and seeing all there parts ūüėÄ That’s what attracts me to their look!!

Both these woman look healthy and wholesome. I want to lose weight be in shape but in the healthiest way possible!!

Squat Challenge

60 Squats are really hard! Yesterday I videoed myself and lets just say I OVER DID the squats. I did them a little bit wrong and I did them all at once. DAY 1 was just a rush and DAY 2 what the hell was I thinking I should have thought it through more. So my 60 today was split up through my morning, my legs are killing me! Avoiding staircases, yeah right, I can’t even drop anything or play with the kids on the floor, I won’t be getting back up!!

TOMORROW IS REST DAY ūüėÄ ūüėÄ EXCITED!!!

Day 2 A.C.

I am 5 foot 3 inches tall and I’m not a fan of being short all the time. I personally just have REALLY short legs. There are benefits of short but at the same time not at all. Ever try to reach the last glass in the cupboard on the top shelf, well it includes a chair and standing on counter. I always get little jokes about being short but I know a few about being tall so the¬†grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

I have a ton of confessions but as Megan did I’ll name only a few, well top 10.

  2. TONS of French Vanilla creamer in my coffee :/

  4. Twizzlers + Sour Patch Kids (bags)
  5. McDonald’s Sweet Tea (SUGAR!)

  7. Kruncher’s¬†Jalapeno¬†Chips or Dill Pickle smothered in Red Hot Sauce
  8. Chinese (my kryptonite)
  9. Heath Bars, Kit Kats, Twix, Dove  (chocolate!)

My 20 Mile Biking Adventure Ride

I biked 10 miles to my house from Hadden House took a 15 minute water stretch break cause well did I mention 10 miles!?!

The I proceeded to make my way back to Hadden house. I went a different route this time, needed more of a view.

The¬†view happen to be every¬†restaurant possible and I was STARVING but I managed to hold it together and ¬†I passed¬†McDonald’s,¬†GO ME!

¬†It was my first ride of the year and it was a doosey! Maybe a little too much but I guess I was excited. I did it¬†though¬†and feel pretty good. Now can’t wait to get my run in tomorrow!!

This is my video!! This is my song!! I love playing with things and making them mine! I could listen to this before every run and BAM motivation! And of course I LOVE Gym Class Heroes, they always have them good jams!

Is there something that pushes you to be the better and happier or more fit and healthier you?  Is it anger, hurt, happiness, energy,  or plain determination that gets you through it .

To reach the end with that¬†heart pounding, can’t think, can’t breathe feeling that makes it go away and relaxes you for a moment in time! Leaving the world miles behind you where you left it the moment your feet hit the pavement. Words can motivate us so much and people can too. So when you put music, people and words of encouragement you have MOTIVATION¬†in my eyes or should I say ears.

Sexy Back

Getting my Sexy Back

Back in 2010 I went through a ton of personal stuff and during that time I was very over weight. 180 pounds is what this 5’3 girl is going to admit to. But after a few months of no soda, walking and just trying to be healthier I dropped 55 pounds!!! Yes it was awesome¬†and¬†tons of people didn’t believe me I guess I carried the weight well, I personally think I just hid it under clothes well. But no mater what the point was I lost the weight! Now almost 3 years later I am starting to feel it creep back. 148 pounds is where I am at now, eeeek!

BEFORE 3/28/13

Last summer I met my fiance’ and he got me into running and I took to it like a fish to water! I love it so much, it’s¬†exhilarating¬† and¬†relaxing.

Bad news it is COLD in Michigan and snow is everywhere and being a fresh runner I just couldn’t do it, so no running for me and that is where my winter pounds have come from.

Here is the GOOD news! 

It is SPRING and time to get back in shape and I have my Best Friend Megan to get my SEXY BACK with!

GOALS:

  • Get my weight to a healthy 125
  • Run a Half-Marathon +3
  • Healthier life style
  • Get my confidence back
  • Wear a HOT SEXY black dress (any dress would be nice though, Me=Tomboy)
